Shipping is free within Türkiye on orders of 3,990 ₺ or more. Orders placed by 14:00 are handed to the carrier the same day. International orders are shipped with FedEx.

Return and Exchange Policy

Due to shipping and customs costs, we do not offer returns or exchanges on international orders. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.

Returns or cancellations cannot be processed for parcels that have already been handed over to the carrier.
