Return and Exchange Policy

Due to shipping and customs costs, we do not offer returns or exchanges on international orders. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.

Returns or cancellations cannot be processed for parcels that have already been handed over to the carrier.

Customs and Import Duties

Parcels shipped abroad may be subject to customs under the laws of the destination country. In that case, the relevant customs office will contact you and explain what you need to do to receive your parcel. Customs and import duties are a matter between the laws of the destination country and the recipient; Leyuzebutik is not responsible for these charges.

Important Notice to US Customers

Effective August 7, 2025, a 15% Additional Reciprocal Tariff applies to all goods purchased outside the United States by US customers. These tariffs were announced on July 31, 2025 and are enforced and collected by US Customs via FedEx under government authority. Leyuzebutik ships worldwide but cannot waive these tariffs, which may also delay delivery. These charges stem from your government's directive, not from us.
